year with its castle guarding high valleys of olden times and night time processions.

The Pyrenees National Park
extends for more than 100km along the French border.
The Midi Pyrenees
region includes the highest part of the mountain chain the most popular,
"Pic du Midi" topping 2872 metres.
The National Park of Gavarnie

department is Bareges-La-Mongie. Its sheer size means that it has plenty to
offer for everyone. There are 64 runs and roughly the same number of lifts. |
